"Traveler Disaster!!!!!! We booked 2 bedrooms unit for 5 people to stay 6 nights. We arrived at the property around 11pm, we were told they can only provide us a 1 bedroom unit with no other options. We were so helpless don’t know what to do since we were traveling from other country. After 11 hours flight with 2 kid and a senior end up we have to squeezed in a 1 bedroom unit. "Facility does not have a front desk. You have to call a cell number to check in from the car/taxi/Grab/airport transfer vehicle you came in. If the vehicle can wait, you can do it inside your air conditioned car. If your vehicle cannot wait, you will be outside the building entrance with all your bags in the sweltering heat while you figure out how to check in.
