"We had a great short stay. Clean room, beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows, and a great shower. The only improvement I would add would be the check in process. I was literally just handed my keys and told have a nice stay. No info regarding the check out how or time, the breakfast offered, nothing about the cafe, it was odd but we figured it out. It’s a great eclectic stay but they could improve communication a bit. It would not deter me from staying again. Great location."

"Do not stay here. Property was absolutely disgusting, there were piles of ash on my rooms floor, the entire floor was slightly sticky, and I booked a non-smoking room that reeked of cigarettes. There were large flakes of caked dust hanging from the ceiling. Holes in the sheets and comforters that had obviously been cut out to hide cigarette burns, and multiple stains throughout the bedding as well. The door lock shook with a tiny bit of movement and the deadlock didn't lock. The AC unit emitted an awful smell that didn't go away and while it did cool I'll give it that, was extremely loud. No fridge. TV wouldn't turn on and the remote was slimy. Ice machine was thankfully functional but I'm scared to know when the last time it was cleaned was. Will not stay again, did not feel safe as a solo traveler and wasn't worth even the lowish price that I paid."

"This is a very old hotel and needs updating. The towel bar in the bathroom was nearly falling off the wall. I guess that's what happened when there is no vent in the bathroom. The sink was missing the stopper so the running water was really loud. We had a apartment size refrigerator in our room which was surprising. This hotel would be my last resort stay if all else fails."
