We were there in December, and there were beautiful decorations and a Christmas market in the courtyard. Several excellent restaurants on the property, and lots more a short walk away. Our room was spotless. Very large and well appointed."

"Firstly I would like to mention that the communication with the staff was likely good but in overall really bad. You had to collect the keys in a different place in a box with the code provided, and walk 15 mins to go at the place. Our room number was 409 which the quality was so bad, old furniture all around, some appliances so old when you can think not functional apart the coffee machine. The bathroom very old and the box shower not clean properly - looked so dirty, so black all around. No soap even to wash the hands, just 3 small bags of shampoo and nothing else. Thanks GOD was quiet , no noises in the building as there were so many rooms. The automatic machine didn't work properly, I had added 1 euro for a bottle of water and the machine got stacked as it was so old. Please before accepting these places , get a proper survey in place to find out if all the rules are compliance to regulations. I've never been in such a bad place, the price wasn't cheap at all. This place must renovate the building and the rooms immediately and later reopen the business. "
