"I was really disappointed to learn this was considered a five star hotel. The room was nice enough but the cold water did not work (only hot water). The USB chargers also did not work. The coffee shop was only open 10am-7pm so I was unable to get coffee before starting the days adventure. "

"Overall was ok. Thermal indoor pool w/ bar was great, breakfast was good. I give them 3 stars because it smells towels and pillows. Also at the check out double check the price. They wanted to double tax and over charge some staff it was around $30 dollars. "

"We loved staying here, our only regret was not being able to stay longer! The rooms are beautiful and spacious and modern. The breakfast and the buffet dinner we tried were amazing - a lot better than other places we had been. The grounds of the resort are beautiful and picturesque definitely recommend staying here !"

"The lobby, restaurants, pools, and water park are excelent. However, the guest room had many issues. Bathroom: No where to place soap in shower so have to hold in your hand or drop to the floor. They put no cup or glass to hold toothbrushes. When we arrived there was no shampoo and had to wait for them to bring some. They offer a coffee machine that is not plugged in and does not even have an electric outlet nearby. There is no coffee, cream or sugar in the room or even a coffee mug or cup to put it in. Since all the electrical outlets only offer the brazilian plugs, we had to buy adapters for all our equipment. "

"The hotel was OK. We were on the bottom floor which was a bit noisy from the people above. Walking distance to a modern shopping centre with dinning options. I was a bit worried but safety but it felt very safe in the area."
