"Abbiamo passato una vacanza incantevole in questa struttura. Si tratta di una villa molto grande, dotata di ogni comfort, con giardino, terrazzo e rooftop privati, vista mare. Il parcheggio è davanti all'ingresso. La cucina è enorme e attrezzata, il servizio di pulizia impeccabile. Le camere sono grandi, con bagno in camera e letti comodi. The breakfast was excellent and filling and immunities including swimming pool and pool table provided an excellent choice of activities in the evening. "We booked a 2-bedroom “villa” however when we got to our “villa” it looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. Not only that but it was in the very back of the property almost in a separate unit called “villa memosa”. These looked completely different from all the rest o the units at the resort. It was my 40th bday and we complained. Fortunately the staff was receptive and showed us some of the 3 bedroom villas which were more like what we had seen when booking. "We enjoyed our room. Felt like there were a lot of rules and that we were somehow I trouble ex. Not on time for breakfast or wanting a drink from bar. A little too far from the beach for us but still loved our room ."

"Vila Luz is a great family hotel. We stayed in the upper section which has an extremely heated pool. A bit warm when the temperature is over 30celsius, great when the temperature dropped to 20celcius. The bigger, lower pool is less heated and great when it's very hot. Everything was clean, and the breakfast buffet was good, and well stocked, if a little repetitive. The staff are very friendly and helfpul.
