"Even if the hotel is not the Ritz with all bells and whistles, it is highly recommended to keep it clean. The carpet is smelly, needs serious cleanup. Vacuuming should be done thoroughly, sheets should be replaced by newer ones. Everything looks and feels old. Access to the hotel should be advertised by the curb, I missed the entrance and drove on rt20 up to exit 58 to only return and enter the hidden path to it. "I stayed in a recently renovated suite and it was fantastic. The best feature was the shower control opposite the shower head, great idea. The breakfast included was also fabulous. Enjoyed my one night there immensely. Very close to the Riverbanks Zoo where I went the next morning. Ery nice zoo."

"Air conditioning not good at all. Had set on the lowest setting and was hot a humid in the room the whole time. Very humid in the hallway as well. The shower sounded like it was about to take flight when it was on and the toilet ran literally all night. I’ll just pay the $150 to stay at the Hilton next time."

"Lamp outlets were so loose I couldn't charge my phone. I had to hold the charger in the outlet to keep a connection. But, most importantly, I booked this room at 1030pm on 5/27. I incorrectly put 5/27 instead of 5/28 for check in. While Expedia did what they could, the hotel would not refund the room even though I booked it again for the correct night. This definitely confirms I will never stay at a Choice Hotel again."

"This hotel needs a lot of reconstruction work! The tv is very tiny, making it difficult to watch it and relax! The tub is very old, ceilings are brown, needs repainting. For the money, it could gave been better."

"The property smelled of marijuana. The carpets throughout the facility looked as if they hadn’t been vacuumed in a very long time. There were holes in the bathroom door, sheets had stains from overuse, the ice machine was nonfunctional. Only positive: no bed bugs."
