"The room was spacious and clean, and had a fantastic location. Check-in and check-out were easy. However, the room lacks some basic amenities: yes, there is no AC, which I knew, but there also aren't any fans whatsoever. "Notre séjour dans cet établissement n'a pas bien été (une seule nuit). Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que la baignoire était complètement bouchée (l'eau stagnait indéfiniment) et que la toilette était défectueuse. Pour couronner le tout, Paris traversait une période de chaleur excessive et l'hôtel ne comportait aucune climatisation dans les chambres. L'air y était étouffant et l'état de la salle de bain rendait la situation tout simplement insupportable.
Le pire reste la gestion humaine...

"The staff are very attentive if you have additional requests. I requested for additional slippers and bin bags and they replied quickly. Also, they save you hassle as they do shopping for all your essentials long before you arrive and they are ready in your apartment. That for me is an extra service that I didn't experience in other hotel. So I'm very happy and very satisfied😊 Location is perfect too, just walking distance from Sacre Couer and there are loads of shops and cafe/restaurants...
