"The apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location for our needs. We had a good stay but it could have been great with a few more simple amenities. There was no dresser space, only 2 pants hangers in the closet and only one towel hook in the bathroom. With no drawers for clothing luggage racks would have been helpful."

"Our stay was perfect! We were very tired after a long flight from São Paulo to Dallas, and a kind receptionist allowed us to check in early so we could rest a bit. He also offered us an excellent room at the back of the building (away from the highway noise). Room 142. The staff member was extremely helpful and attentive. "Old school amenities and courtesy, plus a lovely piano bar"

"Great hotel accommodations that feels more like the comforts of home and or our European stays, especially in the suites. Always superior in hospitality and service. Restaurants provide us excellent service especially for our anniversary and the food and preparations are great quality. We could have used more housekeeping, since they didn’t seem to turn down our beds at night or provide us with more towels. We would have liked to have had lean washcloths and towels and robes for the other half...
