"Hotel reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. Hotel and room were exceptionally clean and modern. Lovely room size, not too small. Only thing was the shower was in a strange position, when we turned it to use it, it sprayed all out of the bath! It was positioned in the corner rather than directly above the bath taps. Plenty of towels, changed daily, toiletries in the bathroom. Be careful that the ‘extras’ in the room are chargeable! Great hotel though and would definitely go back."

While the hotel’s layout was somewhat labyrinthine, the team went out of their way to guide and assist at every turn. The property itself was both elegant and inviting, with a warmth that made it feel less like a hotel and more like a cherished vacation home."

"Very nice clean and modern hotel, very well looked after. We had parking underground. The staff were very helpful (We couldn't find the parking entrance! But they patiently explained the way around etc so great help there) We didn't come so prepared to visit Luxembourg but got great advice on getting about by the staff also."
