"Generally decent hotel right near the mall, quiet but after mall hours any food options are a drive away not a walk, but there are many options. Good stay."

"I stayed at this property for four nights to help my daughter with a move. The biggest plus is the staff which are very service oriented and willing to listen and make accommodations for every guest based on their needs. I stayed in a studio kitchenette which was well maintained but beginning to look a bit dated. The room was clean but the bedding did have some stains on it and did seem to be wearing. "The building looks very nice on the outside and the lobby is nice but the staff at the front desk wasn’t nice at all. They tried to charge me even though I prepaid and after telling them I prepaid they “did me a favor” and looked into it. The room was dirty - they don’t even use fitted sheets just flat sheets on the cheapest kind of mattress that left even the kids with backaches. I’d never stay there again."

"it's proximity to Roger's Stadium is the biggest highlight. Room wasn't particularly clean ( pop tab on nightstand, charger left by previous occupant, tub was wet) but it wasn't filthy. Didn't think the stairs were well marked and elevator was very slow. Staff were friendly enough and it was a quiet hotel."
