"The hotel is old and tired looking. We’d rented a suite because we wanted to have space to have some family members drop by to visit. The suite was set up for a sales meeting ie a conference room not as a regular living space with adjoining bedroom. The ceiling had a large stain in it as did the sink, areas of wallpaper were peeling off, the bathroom smelled like sewage after showering and the shower stall was dirty. All in all one of the worst hotel experiences we had."

"This was a terrible Hotel when it comes to parking. I told them that I was disabled they gave me a room that it was very difficult to ever find any type of parking near my hotel room. The bed and pillows were horrible. I asked for new pillows and I actually was told I had to walk down to the front desk and they offered me one new pillow. There was one towel in my room when I asked for new towels I also had to go to the front desk give them my old towel in order to get a new one. Not impressed...

"I had an excellent stay and wanted to share a few observations directly. The property feels new, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and I had a great night’s rest. I especially appreciated the bathroom. The indented sink allowed me to get closer to the mirror while shaving, the perimeter lighting provided an excellent hue, and the shower pressure was outstanding. The center spray even provided a surprisingly good massage across my shoulders and neck.
