Hotel Dekat Perigi Ghars

"Excellent service from start to finish. With thanks to concierge Zafran and to all the amazing staff whose names I can't remember. They were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, breakfast buffet was excellent, lifts were efficient. Well located, close to Raudhah. Really good price point and over delivered. "

"Staff were very helpful from beginning until the end of my stay. They readily let me do early check-in. The room was clean and cool and easily accessible. Around the corner from a Yemeni restaurant and supermarket"

"The hotel is awesome, clean and comfortable. In the hot weather of Madinah, the A/C is very nice It is not really on the haram, but it is close enough"

"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "

"The king size bed was not comfortable"

"Very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely unhelpful and frustrating to deal with. The room key card was not working at all, which made the situation even more stressful. I asked twice for someone to help take my luggage downstairs, but nobody showed up. Later, the staff told me I had to leave the room. If nobody comes to help with the luggage despite being asked twice, how do they expect guests to leave the room and manage everything themselves? The staff was getting on my nerves...

"Staffs were super nice. Also, rooms are very clean."

"Basic and outdated hotel. Bath tub need replacing. Guests using vape in front of non smoking room. Tiles need more cleaning . Plugs very old and broken."

"Hotel was great for Ramadan as it was near an amazing restaurant, very clean and fresh. Only downfall was they were building near by as in most places and there was alot of noises otherwise would if gave 5 star, there also isn't a reception area. "

"No daily room clean. You have to request it multiple times"

"Close to the prophets mosque , walking distance around 12 min and very helpful staff. Clean and many food places to choose from."

"Staff members were very helpful. Overall good place for the economy level staying. 20 minutes walk to haram or $2-3 taxi."
