Kempinski Hotel Berchtesgaden

"We had a wonderful 5-nights stay at Kempinski Hotel Berchtesgaden. The location is absolutely amazing, surrounded by the beautiful Bavarian Alps and offering breathtaking mountain views. It is also conveniently located close to many sightseeing attractions, making it a great base for exploring the area. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection and excellent quality. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful, always happy to answer our questions and assist with anything we needed. Overall, a beautiful hotel in a spectacular location. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!"

"The room was spacious but quite warm due to no air conditioning. Air conditioning was only in the main lobby for the front staff. You had to keep windows open and people around were smoking on the balconies and the smoke would go right into our room. The shower drain cap was also broken/loose. On a positive note the breakfast was Excellent!"

"We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the room was well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also very convenient. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily stay here again."

"The location was fantastic—quiet, charming, and close to local transportation and cafes. The unit was clean but felt kind of small for 4 people initially. However, it was perfect for a one night stay. Was very clean,, the breakfast was great and staff was very helpful. Private parking is available but limited space is available. Free off street parking was available nearby"

"Lovely, clean hotel with beautiful views from the balcony. We had a great stay and can only say positive things. The only thing to note is that once you’ve ordered breakfast, you still have to pay even if you decide to skip it for a day. The pizzeria next door is also really delicious. Overall, a very good stay!"

"Fantastic place to stay. Extremely convenient to get everywhere with our car. Parking was secure. We could walk to the grocery store. The apartment had plenty of space and the kitchen was perfect for cooking for our family of three."
