"All was good, but the property needs some major refit - upgrade! Regarding their swimming pool Expedia needs to write as the same as the breakfast is ticked, same needs to be done with swimming pool as they say it’s NOT included in the they call it package! I have tried to explain that wasn’t a package and usually if there is a pool, guests can use it! I have been allowed to use it, but it needs to be marked as same as the breakfast otherwise it will need to be paid for!"
"The hotel is a beautiful lodge in a great setting. There are views of the tall mountains on one side, ski slopes on another side, and smaller hills the other directions. Great breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Friendly staff. We enjoyed watching the sheep grazing on the summer grass on the ski slopes. The nearby Terma Bania water park was much fun. We highly recommend this hotel. "
"The hotel was very clean however a very strange decor for us. I would label it as gawd awful. This hotel poured so much unnecessary money into the decor. Everything was overboard in a bad way! We like simple and classic. The gym was the size of our bathroom at home, it was a joke and other than our one front desk guy who was lovely and even gave us an early check in the rest of the staff were miserable.
