The hotel charged my credit cards multiple times in error, leaving approximately $2,000 tied up in unauthorized charges. "This property would greatly benefit from an onsite manager. The check in was very disorganized and not helpful. There were payment processing issues and very little instruction on how to locate the specific property, the parking situation, amenities, etc. The room was nice, roomy and clean. The hallways did have dirty floors though."
