"I enjoyed my stay and everything went well. The only complaint I have is about the cleaning service. my trip was 4 days and my room did not get cleaned not even once even though I called. However, I did get cleaned towels and communication was clear and easy."

"If you are looking to relax and enjoy away time with your spouse/partner this is a great place to do so. The room had a private pool and jacuzzi and we enjoyed a buffet breakfast."

"The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and professional, and the property itself is a wonderful and well kept historical hotel. Even staying on a ground floor room facing the street, we had a quiet and peaceful stay, and we're able to enjoy the balcony. Parking is available, but be aware that the lot at the main property fills up, as can the closest overflow lots. This is less an issue of the hotel, and more just something that comes with visiting Jim Thorpe & it having very limited parking. Thankfully,many amenities and attractions are immediately within walking distance of the hotel."
