"The rooms are really cute with a cabin vibe. The front desk lady at check in was really sweet, and the guy at check out was nice. The breakfast is super basic but complimentary so can’t argue that. Muffins, fruit, cereal, bagels and coffee. The fire pit area was my favorite and a nice surprise. The rooms are clean and have all you need. Fridge, coffee maker, closet space, etc. there’s a microwave in the lobby. Location is just 6 mins from citu center. No frills hotel, which is what i was looking for. "

"We had a great view from our room. Parking was good as well. The tubing place was not far from the park and Helen wasn’t far either. Overall we had a great time. "

"The rom was nice. The tub was kinda dirty. 1 small trash can and no wash clothes. I had To go get a trash bag and cloths. We got a late checkout. The front desk was very helpful. Overall it was good. "

"This is your typical older hotel. It’s not great to look at and the wear and tear is obvious. The lobby and breakfast area are a bit shabby. However, renovations were underway while we were there. All employees were very nice. The room was fine, bed was fairly comfortable. We ended up with a jacuzzi tub that needed deep clean but again that wasn’t a big deal. The thing that makes this hotel great is the ideal location. Not only is it walking distance to the shops and restaurants, but it is right on the river with a nice green space, picnic tables stairs right in to the water. Here you can watch the tubers all day and skip rocks in the evening. This hotel was perfect for my family although I do feel the price I was charged was a bit ridiculous, but I booked last minute so maybe that’s on me. "
