"The room is spectacular, the mountain view is amazing and the parking was super easy and convenient. The staff member that checked us in went above and beyond. She was super friendly and very accommodating...especially when the check-in time is 4pm and we show up at 10am hoping to check-in early. With a quick check of her system, we have our room key, code and instructions. The best check-in service we've ever had. "
