"Een keurige sobere hotelkamer in een studentencomplex. Relatief nieuw. Ontbijt wordt gebruikt samen met studenten (van 07.00 - 09.00 uur). Gratis parkeren. Gelegen buiten het oude centrum (ong. 40 minuten lopen van centrale plein). Verschillende busverbindingen (vanaf 8 minuten lopen). Fietsen is heel goed te doen."

"We stayed en route to the Amalfi Coast and could not fault the value for money offered. It is very clean and very friendly staff. Breakfast was a perfect start for a day of travelling. Easy parking and great views was a added bonus "

"Pessima esperienza. Mi avete mandato la conferma alle 23.00 ma l’albergo era già pieno , ho dovuto trovare in tarda notte una soluzione alternativa . "

"Very quiet with exception some loud motorcycles in the street nearby. Oyamado, the care-taker is a very helpful and kind man. Massimo, the owner and Oyamado do a very good job keeping the place in order. The escalator to the Main Street leading to San Lorenzo and restaurants are just 10 seconds away from the Hotel. Very convenient, and close to Perugia Train Station as well. One downside is that there is no elevator, the but the steps are not too many."
