"First off, I expected a lot more from this place. It is dubbed as a "luxury" houseboat, but it had very little hospitality. There was a "welcome bag" in the kitchen with 1 roll of toilet paper (why not just put it in the bathroom??), some cleaning cloths, enough coffee for 2 cups, a tiny pouch of soap for one shower and some trash bags. The bed linens aren't even put on the beds; we had to do it ourselves! No towels either. We were expected to take out the trash, too. The price was waaaay too...

"The property has been well used, the furniture is broken and needs replacing. The television did not work, the dishwasher did not clean the dishes and the coffee maker had parts from other machines. "We disliked the check-in procedure without an actual reception area. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate with management.
