"Very close to shopping centre, few meters away."

"We requested a ground floor room , however it was a huge mistake , tv was not working the whole weekend, bathroom is absolutely filthy , shower has mould , I've never had to shower in a 4 star with shoes !!! Always a first, filthy under the bed , I would just give the Hotel a total miss , they offered to move us to another room but 1 person was elderly and stairs was not an option. There were other places more affordable , I wish I booked there."
