"Very nice apartment located in the city centre. Location cannot be beat and was within walking distance to everything. Very friendly staff who helped with any questions we had. The apartment itself was modern and very clean. However, the one we had in particular had a loft. The bedroom and shower was upstairs and the toilet was downstairs. "A very comfortable room once you make it there. Getting there was very difficult for me, but I’m a foreigner who doesn’t speak French so it’s probably just a me thing. The parking and unloading the car was very stressful because there was not a lot of options in front of the hotel and I made a mechanics shop angry as I was trying to unload. "Great customer service and check in. Nice poolside restaurant. The grounds are very nice but needs more landscaping. A few areas of improvement: The doors inside the apartment did not close at all including the bathroom door, some other things needed repair inside, the sheets did not fit the bed properly, the blankets in the suite didn’t seem freshly washed. The pullout couch was ultra uncomfortable you could feel the springs through the mattress. "

"Door lock almost unusable, very poor communication with city affaire, not available at all on Sunday, asked 4 times for Wi-Fi info and still no answer, pictures misleading, entry scary, railing on balcony not secure etc"

"Excellent apartment. Very well appointed. In a fantastic condition. Great views across to the piste. There is a lovely little lift (closed between 12.15-13.15) that takes you onto the main slopes. When we were there it was not strictly ski-in ski-out but that may be due to lack of snow. It didn't matter as it was no more than a very short walk to the piste (30 seconds if that) from the excellent ski lockers with heated boot warmers. There is a lovely swimming pool, sauna and hamman.
