"This hotel is in the middle of Concord historic district, so it’s a great location for sightseeing and walking around shopping or eating. It’s a very charming and historic old building, so the rooms/bathrooms are small and staircases are steep and narrow, and no elevator. The parking is free in the back, but it is difficult to get the entrance. There is a restaurant on the first floor, so very convenient to enjoy lunch and dinner. "Front desk staff was great! Breakfast was good and varied. Was able to park near my room in handicapped parking. However, no one cleaned the room or brought clean towels. Front desk was very accomodating. Bathroom sink in room 113 needs attention. Drainage is almost closed. Shower was fantastic! "

"There were not towels in the room when I arrived. I had to go to the lobby to get some. There was also no hangers to hug my clothes 😞. A little disappointed about that but everything else was good. I will definitely stay there again. It's my 4th time staying at this hotel "

"Staff- sleeping during of operation. We have to ring numerous time all the while he is passed out at the back of high counter. Cleaning lady mention is he sleeping again. So must be a regular occurrence Maintenance- suspicious cc transactions. Why check in is pain ful by asking information again. Id’s cards are handed already then why do you need to fill up the form again? Room- running water with sewage smell, faucet , tub . Wait for couple of minutes before the water can go down the drain....
