The fan in the room did not work and the phone was not connected…no dial tone…I had to walk to the front desk to order my food which was not a big deal but for as highly recommended as this resort came it was sadly adequate. But the staff was so personable and kind. "

"Room was nice and clean. Plenty of space in the room. Staff was helpful and room was kept tidy during my 3 day stay. Easy to check luggage after stay. Good restaurant/bar and cafe on site. Minor nitpick: coffee machine was leaking, heater/ac was somewhat noisy."

"Very large resort. Room was decent size but bathroom was on smaller side for 4 star hotel. Lady at front desk said shed show us our room and proceeded by making a pen mark on map. Last 4 star walked us to the room. We had to ask best place to park for our room, wasnt told to us. Drove around the building to see construction on half the parking lot. When we left during the day couldnt find parking spot near our entrance. Wasnt a bad place but for the four star rating and price, there wasnt much help to us at all. Think staff could have more interaction with guests making them feel like they were at abgreat resort "
