"Check in is straight forward. Basement parking is available, however if you are traveling with kids & luggages, better to drop off at lobby before going to the basement, otherwise you have to carry your items through some staircase before reaching the lift. Room is exceptionally big because you have a living area with sofa & table. The TV is big with clear picture and can connect to your Netflix account. The TV is mounted on a wall that can be turned either facing the bed or the living area, which is cool. Breakfast is good, however the choices are not as widespread as Hilton or Renaissance. There is a proper ironing board with steam iron which is absolutely useful if you are on a business trip. If you have to stay in Pasir Gudang, this is the best choice apart from Renaissance, unless you don’t mind traveling to JB for extra options like Hilton or Amari."

"There are so many good things to comment on this hotel. The room was clean, bed are so comfortable with heavenly pillow to lie on and hug. The breakfast has too many varieties, and at the same time, delicious, love the Earl Grey croissant. We had our dinner at Prego, it’s really delicious, and 25%discount for in house hotel guests which is very thoughtful. The beach is also beautiful and clean. Also near to the golf course, we went there for chipping and putting free of charge. We will come back again hopefully."
