"The room is fantastic and the owner is very friendly. We loved having coffee, as much water as you want and bikes to ride around the islands. I was unsure whether Gili Air would be a bit too busy for us but we loved it. There are lots of nice restaurants. We are now at Gili Meno but wish we had stayed longer here and done a day trip to Gili Meno instead. If you are looking at this hotel book it! And do a day trip to one of the other islands instead."

"We were very happy with our accommodation and would recommend it to anyone. The hosts went to maximum effort to make sure we had a memorable stay. We were told about restaurants, beaches and nightlife. Breakfast is included and very tasty. Everything is new and clean. The pool is beautiful and a great place to cool off at anytime. We would definitely book the accommodation again!"

"We stayed at Utara for 3 nights leading up the the New Year. The service here was fantastic. Location was brillant as it was a hidden gem away from any business. We upgraded to the “Gold Honeymoon package” which included bicycles to get around on which was fabulous and very convenient, romantic dinner for 2, massage and a private snorkeling trip on a glass boat. Was very fun! Thank you for the amazing stay and excellent service. Highly recommend! "

"Very nice family running this place. They always greet you with a smile and the workers there, specially Domino, was very polite. Every issue we had or a simple request about an extra towel got always replied with “No worries friend, enjoy your vacation”. I was there with two other friends and all of us enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed for another 3 extra nights. Would highly recommend!!!"

"We had such a great stay here! The staff were so friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The room was so unique it was almost like a tent which was pretty unique and the air con kept it nice and cool. The outdoor bathroom was a nice touch. We had a room facing the pool but with the plants around it it was still quite private. The pool area was great and the pool was really nice. It’s close to the west side of the island which was a close ride to the beaches and restaurants there to see...

"Hamid gave me a warm welcome to an exquisite oasis tucked off a typical Gili Air 'dusty lane' only 12 minutes walk from the harbour. Archipel is a discrete wonder of colour, comfort, mature greenery and with an elegant pool. The rooms are natural, comfortable, modern and inviting. "Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Cantika. The staff become your friends instantly. Breakfast served in your room by the pool. Bikes for hire at the front door. Island flat and accessible. Mini bar in room with very reasonable prices. Many wonderful places to dine in wandering distance. Bed was absolute bliss. The villa is sizable. Just be aware that the room is on two levels and the bathroom is downstairs, which may pose an issue for some. Can't wait to go back :)"

"If you’re looking for a place to stay at in Lombok that’s a true indulgence and focused on making you feel like a VIP, as well as closer to North Lombok, the waterfalls and of course easily accessible to the Gili Islands, the Oberoi is it! Amazing service and food! Everything was taken care of before I could even ask. I traveled solo and they were sure to make me feel so welcome and pampered. Their chef Ansel is just the best. Each and every single dish I had was just phenomenal. They even sent me a recipe for one when I told them it was heaven! The activities from the hotel were so good as well. Convenient and reasonably priced. I had four spa treatments and each left me in complete relaxation and just…light. The property is clean and well taken care of. Their tea time at 4:30 is a full on spread. They have cocktails at happy hour which are buy one get one….and so many other things just complimentary for their guests. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to go to Lombok. What you get for your money is incredible. "
