" The door to my room sticked all the time when you open it. There wasn't no microwave in my room. I left a list of things that was wrong with the room, I hope they got and trying to fix them? "

"We check-in and checked right back out after we saw our room. I couldn’t stay there, it was awful! The only positive thing about this hotel was the guy at front desk was very nice."

"I booked through Expedia and paid in full. When checking in I was informed I could not stay because I was a local. The employee then stated I could stay but would be charged $250 for incidentals that would go back to my card on check-out. Thankfully I had a credit card but if I didn’t, I would have been highly upset! There was absolutely NOTHING during booking that stated this. The room was okay, cleanliness could have been better. I did find hairs throughout the room and some small stains on the bed which led me to believe linens were not changed after the previous guest. Breakfast was great and cleaning crew were nice. Hotel was easily accessible and parking was convenient."
