"Great visit. We've stayed here multiple times. Great for couples. Management has been nice as well. And the location is perfect. There is a parking fee, just a heads up :) but worth it, cos once park you'll be right in the village and will barely need to park anywhere else."

"carpet could use a cleaning, washer and dryer could be better. Location is excellent, band was a little loud. Close to the grocery and shopping. Skiers would be better in the south village."

"Beware what the listing for the room says. Mine said king bed studio. Nowhere did it say it was a MURPHY bed, ie not a real mattress - plus the bed angled down towards the head.
I asked front desk if it was possible to change rooms but they said the king bed rooms are not part of the hotel, that they are privately and the hotel has no control.
In addition, I tried to contact Expedia because I booked “Cascade Lodge Hotel” via them but it was impossible to speak to an actual person.

"I didn't get what I had paid for for a room. I can live with another room, We were hardly in the room. The room its self had broken items (chair was off balance, was missing a few nails, etc) and parts of it were unclean (food on the door, mystery stuff on bathroom vanity, cutlery and dishware, etc). I brought up the uncleanliness to the host who said he would have it cleaned while we were out all day. Allowing a lot of time to clean the room (many hours). When we returned, nothing had changed,...
