"It was a dark place, the check in was a little stressful, door was closed and had a bunch of signs, the bell did not work, I felt I was in the middle of nowhere. No elevator, the mini fridge did not work at all, and had rotten food left inside. the only good thing, bathroom had space and it was cleaned "

"Very friendly staff and helpful travel suggestions for sight seeing and food! Unfortunately the area is not the best, surrounded by abandoned buildings. It is very close to the train/bus station. The AC unit was not strong enough to satisfy me so with the heat wave it was not super comfortable in the room. Walking distance to a great restaurant that we loved! Overall the staff and nearby transportation are the strongest wins for this location!"

"The place was clean. The location is perfect to see the things that you want to see at Venice however it is very difficult to find the address.
We rode to the city even using Maps and it was very hard to find it.
It is in an alley, which is most of it about which felt a little shady, but that’s just cause we’re not used to Alley ways.
We’re supposed to have a non smoking room groove, but the room smelled so bad of smoke it made me feel ill."

"Wow what a beautiful property- great location.
Our suite was wonderful. It was spacious, beds were comfortable but firm and the bathroom was clean and bright.
The staff was so friendly and assisted with all our needs. Arrival by boat was a little treat.
Definitely recommend staying here. My husband and I stayed with our two young adult children."
