Fantastic location and apartment. I was a bit unsure about getting there and what would be there for us when we did, but it all turned out perfect. The bus transfer from Rovenheim train station was a doddle. Its actually called the Ski Bus and runs 4 times a day. On arrival the place was a magical winter wonderland and buzzing with activity. The beds were comfy and in the morning you could quite literally ski from your doorstep, down the slope and straight onto the ski lift.

The property was beautiful and finished to a high standard. We had a kitchen with all utensils needed. Beds and bedding all lovely. Sauna and hot tub were great additions. We were able to access using check in info provided so didn’t have contact with any staff at any point. It was a fantastic place to stay. Parking right outside.

Our two bedroom appartement was perfect for our family of 5. Well appointed and cleverly designed. The beds were confortable, the kitchen partical ans there was just enough storage for us. We loved the sauna in the main bathroom. We loved the location - right on the slopes and above a wonderful pizzeria (Popolo)! The check in was handy as we were sent a code that am - especially as we arrived and left out of hours. The skibu from Rovaniemi left us right in front of it. The pyha rental store is accross the Courtyard, the lower one which we used, a 15min walk. There is a main supermarket there too.

Wir hatten vorab auf der Seite der Unterkunft gelesen, dass die Nutzung des Whirlpools extra kostet. Das war nicht der Fall. Schade ist, dass die Temperatur des Whirlpools (26 °C) nicht verändert werden kann. Bei -30 °C Außentemperatur wären ein paar mehr Grad nicht schlecht gewesen. Eine Info: in der Küche stehen keine Gewürze, Öl etc. zur Verfügung. Spülmaschinentabs, Geschirrtücher, Kaffeefilter, Backpapier sind vorhanden. Wir hatten Glück und unser Apartment ging Richtung Norden mit Blick auf die Skipiste, so dass wir vom Balkon aus Nordlichter sehen konnten. Schade ist allerdings, dass die Außenbeleuchtung des Hotels die ganze Nacht an ist und auch die Bierwerbung von der Hütte leuchtet sehr stark die ganze Nacht, so dass der Blick auf die Nordlichter leider doch getrübt ist. Das Apartment ist sauber, die Temperatur im Wohnzimmer ist auf maximal 23 °C einstellbar. Gestört haben uns einige Umgebungsgeräusche (Schneekanonen, Whirlpool und Lüftung laufen die ganze Nacht). Auch das Badlicht mit Bewegungsmelder hat uns gestört. Da das Hotel um einiges günstiger war als alle anderen Unterkünfte, würde ich es trotz der Einschränkungen weiter empfehlen.

Un séjour génial

L'hotel est idéalement situé. Au pied des pistes, à 2 pas du aurora spot. L'appartement est tres cosy, chaleureux, propre, fonctionnel et confortable. Le bus de rovaniemi nous dépose juste devant celui-ci. Nous conseillons à toute personne visitant la laponie de s'arreter à pyha dans cet hotel.

Perhestudio saunalla oli loistava. Hotelli oli hienolla sijainnilla ja siitä pääsi kivasti patikoimaan/ katselemaan revontulia. Ovikoodi oli näppärä, joten sisäänkirjautumista respassa ei tarvinnut. Toisaalta minulla oli asiaa respaan, mutten löytänyt koko paikkaa. Jokainen paikka lähistöllä tuntui olevan muutenkin kiinni tällä syyslomaviikolla. Onneksi oli oma auto ja huoneessa keittiö, niin sai tehtyä ruokaa.

Hyvä paikka yöpyä, mutta ison ongelman toi suihkun kaivo, joka oli lähes kokonaan tukossa. Suihkussa ei voinut normaalisti käydä, kun lattialle kertyi niin paljon vettä.

Oltiin muuten tyytyväisiä, tilat olivat hyvät ja palvelut lähellä, asiakaspalvelu oli hyvä. Yövyin yhden yön ystäväni kanssa Tokka-huoneessa. Huoneessa oleva esite kertoi, että aamiainen sisältyisi majoitukseen. Yritimme illalla varmistaa asiaa, mutta vastaanotto oli silloin jo suljettu. Vasta aamulla saimme tietää, ettei aamupala kuulunut kyseiseen huoneeseen. Muutoin kaikki sujui hyvin.
