"My room smelled like old wet blankets and my windows didn’t open. People smoked everywhere on the property, including outside my room. People wet loud and obnoxious. I was there for two weeks, so this wasn’t a “one off” experience."

"It was a great stay and I like that they also do cash deposit. My only issue is that I feel like they should also have a manager at the site at all times. Because of how I paid my deposit I was unable to get it back because there was no one on site who could open the register. I was told no one who could open it would not be onsite until 10 am. My flight was at 6 am. So I am upset I wasn't able to get my deposit. But that was my only issue."

"Parking was available but you can only park on one side if the lot the other side is for the businesses that share the same building. This place is budget and good for solo travelers so it’s not grand by any means. The place is in need of an update. The lamps are hard to turn on. There is no privacy curtain so you can’t open it to get any light in the room so you have to be clothed to even open. The lights are dingy and yellow. "We stayed in one of the suites and it was very clean and spacious and enjoyed the fact that all amenities were on site. The bartender that has only been working a couple days there did an amazing job making the drinks and was very personable! Everything was very nice!A+"

"Very cool, historic building. Great details in the room. Loved the bathroom tile and wood floors. Nice bed and linens. Check in and out was a bit clunky. But a wonderful hotel. Watch out - no elevator. Carrying bags up the stairs wasn’t fun."

"Staff was friendly, room was clean, parking was easy. Nice they have an EV charger. Breakfast was good but ran out of stuff fast as it was busy. Not the staffs fault people’s kids were taking heaping plates full leaving nothing left. "

"Ariel at front desk was really friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the Pac Man Arcade game in the lobby. I was playing for about an hour reliving my childhood memories. Surprisingly the espresso and refrigerated pastries were really delicious. BTW, did I mention the espresso and special cafe drinks were free. Loved it so much I told my friends who will be visiting Seattle soon to stay there. All the Seattle highlights are all in walking distance from Hotel 5: Stay Pineapple."
