"I arrived as part of a group of about 25 persons. The check-in process was chaotic and it seems that the Front Desk did not adequately resourced itself to efficiently deal with new arrivals. "The escape was as peaceful and relaxing as advertised. The rooms were very private, and we loved the en-suite pool. Since the property is quite secluded, it’s ideal for couples looking to unwind rather than for those seeking nightlife or lots of activities. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and they can help arrange tours and excursions for you. We rented a car and enjoyed exploring Antigua on our own as well. "Most of the people were very nice. Hats off to Chesley at the pool bar. Made my vacation wonderful and almost forget about the 25% of the staff who look miserable all day and never smile. Made me miserable just getting a drink from them , some even didn't change their facial expression EVEN after I tipped them directly. Hate to say this but I'm sorry , it's true.
