"The Pearl Inn is amazing. the house and rooms were incredibly clean, the game room was so much fun and the breakfast was the best breakfast we have ever had. i cant wait to visit the area again just so i can stay in this bed and breakfast. the owners were the kindest of people. i recommend this location to everyone!"

"Nice place but we were assigned the smallest room in the property and it was small. We nearly had to step over the toilet in order to get in & out of the shower. "

"First room was pretty rough, but was easily put into a better room, so that was nice. Second room was nice and clean. Person checking me in was super nice and cool about everything with changing my room for me. Overall, good experience. Will definitely keep this place in mind in the future. "

"Loved this hotel!!! Would absolutely stay here again. Being able to use the spa services at the adrift hotel was such a plus and the entire vibe of the shelburne was amazing. Didn’t love the food but sitting at the bar with a drink or playing pool was great. Hotel room was clean and comfortable and very cute. Staff was super friendly as well! "

"The view was of the trees and bushes, there wasn’t a private hot tub as described. The rooms were listed as that and more expensive than the jetted tubs rooms. We had a jetted tub not a private hot tub. The cost wasn’t worth the room we had. "

"The breakfast was great. The room was clean and quiet. Perfect spot to walk to the beach. The only reason for 4 stars was because the room was big and only had a small wall heater and only one extra blanket for two beds. The room was chilly and required extra layers to stay warm. We will be back for sure. "

"Great place to spend a getaway weekend in late winter. We went clam digging and explored the local area and beaches. Wind in the evening in the pool and hot tub. This was just what we needed. "

A bit disappointed that the mineral hot tub mentioned with the spa service wasn’t operational and our shower supplies needed to be refilled but we enjoyed the view, the atmosphere, the bar credit and breakfast. Very thoughtful staff and comfortable rooms."

"This was a great hotel for kids. The pool is shallow which is nice for younger kids. There is a hot sauna in the pool area which is nice for adults. There are robes in the closet for your hotel stay. I appreciated being able to use the breakfast area for dinner delivery. The chowder at 5:00 is awesome! The location is not in the center of town but it’s an easy commute. I loved being able to see the river out the window. I would definitely stay there again. "

"We loved this place! It's very cute and nicely decorated, easy to find, great parking and loved that they have printer codes for restaurants in town. It's is a very nice clean facility, the only issue (if can even call it that) was that the water pressure was a bit weak in the bathroom but that was about it. We are planning to go back during summer because we absolutely loved this place !!"

"Stayed one night while traveling through. Our key wouldn’t work but the guy working promptly took care of our issue with that. The room was clean except for the fact that there was hair in the shower and bathtub. Breakfast had your usual quick grab things along with biscuits, sausage & egg patties, white gravy, and Belgium waffles. My only two issues were the hair in the shower and the bed was hard & unforgiving. Staff was very attentive and breakfast was better than your usual grab and go...
