"Great service from the reception staff, very helpful and cheerful. Rooms pretty big but not your usual sleek chain hotel look or feel, they were a bit clunky and appliances in need of update. Its more of motel feel but with a pool and good service. Good location close to a nice beach. Felt it was a bit pricey for what it was but cape cod isn’t cheap foe hotels"

"Very hard to find a solid, clean and safe spot on the cape for reasonable cost. this place was a 10/10. just a great vibe, local mass owners and super clean. bonus - cold brew on site for free!! Beds were great, too!"

"Cabins are a bit dated but cozy. Kitchenette has half size fridge/freezer and 2 cook stove elements along with toaster and coffee maker (Kuerig). No microwave. Lovely beach in the off season. Beds are very high off the floor and may be challenging for shorter guests, stayed here twice and very satisfied with the location and service."
