"I had messaged the hotel prior to arrival to let them know our plane did not land until 10:00, and was told it was not a problem. When we arrived the young man at the front desk had no information about our reservation (he just had a notebook with partially ripped out pages), he repeatedly tried calling someone with no answer, after over half an hour he took us to a room. He had difficulty opening the door to the room, and had to go get us towels (2 bath towels, no hand towels or face cloths). The room was not clean, the WiFi did not work in the bedroom or on the patio. To access the pool & beach area you have to exit the hotel, go down the stairs and around the building. The pool was very murky. The restaurant was okay, staff was hit or miss on service. Luckily we were only there for two days"

"Fausto is an amazing host- prompt, attentive. Bed is very comfortable and accommodations were perfect. Got us to the airport in good time and found us a local place to eat."

"Clean room but small. Staff is efficient and friendly, the breakfast needs variety. The ocean view was ok."
