However, it was very difficult to find, since it doesn't have a sign (is it a legal hospitality accommodation?), the public spaces are filthy and the private rooms, though reasonably clean, worn and in desperate need of renovation. "Tolles, kleines Hotel direkt am Fuße der Bahai Terrassengärten (keine 100 Meter) im Deutschen Viertel. Frühstück nicht in Hotel möglich aber in kurzer Distanz 2 sehr gute Restaurants, die schon morgens geöffnet sind. Service war nicht besetzt, lief alles über Email oder Telefon (Englisch). Irreführend ist die Angabe eines Hotelparkplatzes (gibt es nicht), man muss draußen auf der Straße parken (es gibt dort Parkbeschränkungen). Würde dennoch wieder buchen, die Lage ist unschlagbar."
