"It's a convenient 8-minute walk from the Zurich train station and located in the heart of the Zurich Old Town. I had the smaller 1-person room and it was great for my trip. Hotel provided excellent complimentary breakfast. By the way, the hotel restaurant is one of the best fondue places in the city. Don't skip it!"

"I gave 4 stars because there was no air conditioner instead an electric fan that only allowed us to press to #2. 3 was not working. Also, we could hear the cars, sirens, helicopter & tram. We were at the 4th floor & had a nice view, but when we opened the windows to feel cool, the noise was even louder. The next night was the same, hence I had to take Benadryl and put the earplugs they provided, which helped. Otherwise, the hotel was strategically located, within the old town, where there are...

"Very good location to be able to explore Zurich. My only comment is to be aware that the bathroom in the room (at least that we stayed in) may not be what western cultures are used to. Sliding glass doors allow ALL sounds to echo into the room! Lol! If you are not modest, it may not be a big deal for you."

However I didn't notice when booking how small the single room was as well as the lack of usual amenities like a coffee machine in the room. Overall it was a good stay. The room size was the main surprise given the cost; however it is Zurich"
