"This is an older facility. It is well maintained however it lacks amenities such as a mini fridge, phone. If you are elderly you will have to be mindful of the stairs to the upper levels as this can be taxing. Some of the support staff may be lacking in training but this is a nice facility."

"Best location. Plac Zamkowy across from the Royal Castle, views of the castle, the Vistula, and the Old Town. Many many restaurants and cafes within 5 min walk. The most beautiful part of Warsaw. Charming home like atmosphere. This is not a hotel. These are the guest rooms of the House of Literature on the 3d floor (4th if you are from US). On other floors are offices of literary organizations and rooms for poetry readings for example. In the corridor connecting the rooms you have tables and...

"Departamento muy limpio, amplio, el baño muy limpio y con detalles elegantes. La anfitriona muy amable y amigable. La recámara tiene una cama y las almohadas excelentes, muy cómodas.
La recámara no cuenta con aire acondicionado, pero tiene un ventilador de techo que la hace fresca (aunque hace un poco de ruido). La cocina está muy bien (no cuenta con horno microondas).
La ubicación del apartamento es extraordinaria: frente a la plaza principal y cerca de todo."

"Great place to stay, right in old town. Apartment was clean and quiet (do note it's on the 3td floor and there isn't a lift). Check in process was easy and the comms with the owner was great; giving us clear instructions, and a quick guide of what to see and where we could eat. Some great cafes literally right on the doorstep and easily walkable to the main sights and sounds of Warsaw. Will definitely stay here again."

"The property was lovely in terms of the space and amenities. The problems showed up in the details. It took a half dozen attempts to open the lock-box with the key (and I say this as someone who has used these types of accommodations countless times, so I'm not ignorant). The curtains were too narrow to block out the sun (important when sunrise is at 4:30AM). The shower would not switch to the handheld mode. The washing machine did not have a functioning spin cycle. The ice tray was broken in...

"No on-site property management. Check-in was a nightmare. No internet access for the entire visit. Was forced to use the local McDonald's restaurant for that . Last minute deposit requirement that could only be done online. Difficult building entry codes . Apartment door incredibly difficult to unlock and lock. No response to "message property" attempts. If one were to lose the single small apartment key you would be sleeping on the street with your personal property locked inside. Other than...
