"Great location, clean rooms and lovely staff."

"Very good location, on a quiet street, walkable from both the station and the old town. We had 2 rooms with AC on the 4th floor, both were spacious and well maintained. Water pressure and temperature in the showers were a bit variable. Breakfast was buffet style. The breakfast room was busy, staff kept the buffet replenished. Limited hot food but good range of European style cold breakfast foods. Coffee was excellent. One thing to note is that the breakfast room is in the basement and some of the ceilings are quite low if you take the stairs. There is lift access to the breakfast room which is fine. Public areas were clean and the reception staff were polite and helpful. You can leave your luggage at reception if you are travelling later in the day. We enjoyed the board games in reception while waiting for our taxi."

"Important issue: directly above the bed, there was what appeared to be a fire safety alarm or similar device. Throughout the night, it blinked with a bright green light, constantly turning on and off. For a sensitive sleeper, this is a serious problem and should be addressed. Otherwise, the hotel has an excellent location and warm hospitality. Thank you for a pleasant stay. I would gladly return if this issue were solved; without solving it, I would hesitate, even though the rest of the stay was very good."

"Room was clean and modern. The shower was small while there was a large tub which others may like but I’d personally prefer a roomy shower. Toiletries were limited-no hair conditioner and no body cream. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Fantastic location but no available parking really increased the cost. If I returned I would not rent a car as most sights were in walking distance and Bolt is very reasonable. Would stay again."
