"With help from fantastic personnel we could change to a room that we really enjoyed at their main hotel castelar palace. The room and the service were fanrtasic: friendly and helpfull in evereway. We shall most certainly come back to this wondeful hotel."

Checking in went far from easy, being online and the agreed check in time delayed by over half an hour. I recommend the place if you’re willing to talk to an AI concierge instead of an in-person check-in."

Das Bett (auf Rollen) war eine Katastrophe – komplett durchgelegen und quietschend, sodass an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken war. In...

"Great pools and the children activities were excellent. Clean and nice room with a balcony. Very good breakfast. I just didn't like that there were a few cats around the mini-golf area. "

"A beautiful hotel, we had a room with an XL terrace, room was spacious with everything we needed. Great breakfast in the morning with everything you need. Pool area was very pretty, plenty of shared ahd sunny spots to keep everyone happy. Bar service direct to lounger with great cocktails and the pizza is perfect. Short walk to the beach amd old town."

During the day there is no water fountain or anywhere to get a drink for free. You have to pay for water! which should be a necessity in the heat. Very disappointing,"
