Hotel di Pekan Lama Villajoyosa

"The property was okay, but did not quite meet expectations from the image. The location is perfect, and justifies the value a lot. Checking in went far from easy, being online and the agreed check in time delayed by over half an hour. I recommend the place if you’re willing to talk to an AI concierge instead of an in-person check-in."

"With help from fantastic personnel we could change to a room that we really enjoyed at their main hotel castelar palace. The room and the service were fanrtasic: friendly and helpfull in evereway. We shall most certainly come back to this wondeful hotel."

"All in all it did the job but not a wow experience. Cleaning was not good. Contact persons to the place was great polite and accessible. Would most likely not use this place again. But for youngsters it might be suitable. "

"Room was clean but it was our honeymoon and we didn’t get any package as in roses in the room or anything. Hotel was just a room we get back to at the end of the day"

"Mooie accomodatie met gratis koffie en thee. Ligt alleen wel een aardig eindje van Benidorm-centrum af"

"Great staff very attentive, it looks like they are cutting corners, breakfast options are ample but the food quality is not great, very restricted schedules for breakfast, fitness room, pool, etc"

"Fabulous and convenient location. Studio apartment was so spacious and loved the amenities - kitchen, coffee making, sofa, tv, balcony. Staff very helpful. Will definitely return."

"Lovely staff. Very helpful and welcoming. Food was lovely. Perfect location and the sea view rooms give a great view from your balcony. We would stay here again and again many future visits. Only downside is there is no swimming pool. The hot tub on the roof is a nice touch and the beach is literally on your doorstep. Highly recommend."

"Superbes piscines et le SPA de qualité. Situation idéale entre plage et magasins. Chambres très cosy et très propre. Seul petit bémol pas de lit double comme demandé."

"Couldn’t fault a thing perfect for a short stay"

"Hotel muito confortável, limpo excelente café da manhã e staff atencioso e simpático."

"Great location to explore Benidorm pool area was perfect. The staff were helpful nice patio area to relax and have a drink"

"The restaurant staff were incredibly helpful with finding me vegan options and communicating with the chef. It made my stay much more comfortable."

"Veldig bra"

"Very clean and cozy place to stay for guests looking for a calm and relaxing spot. Ideal for couples. It’s a bit far from the city so plan your displacements. We had a car and it was perfect, plus the parking lots near the hotel were free of charge. The room was clean and had all we needed for our stay! Would recommend to anyone."
