"We loved staying here. The staff were super helpful and friendly and spoke amazing English which we were grateful for, as our Greek is woeful 😂. We were very thankful to be offered a pick up with our luggage from the city gate in a golf buggy (as no cars were allowed) and at checkout dropped us at the ferry terminal - amazing customer service. The room was fabulous - comfy bed, coffee machine, good sized bathroom, quiet and included a great breakfast (à la carte). Just be aware all rooms ur up...

"Fantastic location and a nice room. Slightly tired/worn elements to the room but it was clean and had lovely bed sheets and towels.
We didn’t have much contact with the hotel staff, as reception wasn’t manned but it was no problem arriving late (delayed flight) and gaining access.
We didn’t use the balcony in our room, not sure how much this added to the room but we also weren’t in town long enough to take advantage.
Overall I would definitely recommend Arthur Suites for the location and...

"Everyone was so welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Anastasia was especially helpful in planning our early morning departure from the port with their electric car service that took us from door to door.
The location in old town was perfect. Walking distance to everything while still being located on a quiet street for relaxing evening meal or drinks.

"We had an amazing experience at this boutique hotel. It is small and exclusive. We received individual attention. Our room was spotless and well stocked. Breakfast was delicious. We loved the ambience and the charm of the hotel. If we were to come back, we would definitely go back here. Special thanks to all the staff who were on site. Side note - if you speak Russian - this hotel is for you. The nicest Russian speaking administrator and housekeeper."

"This is a very old building in Old Town Rhodes and the hotel has been around since the 1930s. It is more of a bed and breakfast and has ancient charm. This is not a modern hotel with modern amenities. That being said the plumbing and bathroom is updated and clean but the vibe is old castle.

"Very nice property, staff very helpful. Breakfast services were excellent. Bit of info.. no gas vehicles allowed in old town so we were dropped off at 2am near by. Area is very dark but safe. Use your gps or ask for directions. Businesses were just closing so plenty of employees leaving work. Red door was left open for us at hotel entrance. Not anything we’re use to but worked out. Pleasant stay."
