"I really enjoyed my stay. The staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome and cared for. I want to make special mention of Ann - Marie at the front desk, Robert in the breakfast dining area, and Gabor from in he breakfast dining area, who went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable and catered to. I would definitely recommend this stay to others."

"The room was clean but you could tell some things needed some general maintenance. Lightbulbs burned out, cracks in sink and countertops. The staff wasn’t very helpful navigating the layout of the resort so I just wondered until I figured it out on my own. Pools were pretty small for the size of the resort and there was no beach/ocean access due to seaweed. It was farther away than most of the activity areas on the island than I expected also."

"The property is very well maintained considering its age, and the location is perfect—just steps away from Duval Street and the harbor. I deducted one star because, given the traditional style of the house, it lacks impact-resistant windows to block out noise, and the roosters woke me up very early. Overall, however, we were very pleased and recommend the property; the neighborhood itself is an attraction."

"Our family of 5 stay was great, free ice cream and muffins daily was a nice touch. Unfortunately the nearby beach was not clean, it was full of seaweed, it had a foul smell and if we had known we would have stayed on the other side of the island. I really wanted to enjoy the beach. What sold me is that the beach was steps away but was told by the staff we would need to go to another beach on the other side of the island. Other than that the hotel suite was lovely."

"I recently returned from an amazing stay at the Southernmost Mansion in Key West, and I can't recommend it enough!
If you appreciate history and charm, this is the place to stay. The mansion, built in 1890, is absolutely beautiful, with stunning historic architecture, high ceilings, elegant décor, and gorgeous ocean views. Having breakfast overlooking the water each morning was unforgettable.

"We have been to Key West 8 times and have stayed at a few different places. The Conch House Heritage Inn was the best, without a doubt. Sincerely nothing could’ve been better we had the Best Continental Breakfast ever, the Coffee was great. Staff so welcoming and gave us a tour upon check-in (that’s never happened anywhere before) Clean, Comfortable, Relaxing and top notch All the way.
