Hotel Pantai di Pekan Baru Nessebar

"I booked a king room but was given a twin room instead, which affected my comfort and sleep throughout my stay. When I raised the issue, there was no apology or attempt to resolve it, and I was told to contact my travel agent instead. Management were dismissive and unhelpful when. Calling to reception and if call was answered by senior staff, on 2 occasions I requesting simple things such as milk and water was responded to rudely & unhelpfully.

"Right on the beach stunning. The staff can’t do enough for you . Food amazing. We are going back next year"

"Friendly, welcoming staff and a great location to explore all the sites. We loved it here!"

"The room right over the beach was lovely, the staff courteous and attentive, the breakfast very good. It would be very helpful if they had a Perla Apartments sign, or told travellers that check-in is at the Aphrodite next door, rather than giving an address that Google cannot find. "
