"We had an excellent experience! We hours before our check in and had just been caught in a very heavy rain fall. The staff was amazing and was able to get us into our room. The room was clean and very quiet, even being close to the elevator. The breakfast was amazing. Great staff and the food was fantastic! The Riu definitely goes above and beyond! We are traveling Ireland and are so glad we booked another stay at the Riu when we return to Dublin!"

"The inside foyer of the hotel was inviting and beautiful. The room appeared brand new. For Europe is was very spacious. The hotel was locked at night which added extra safety. The area around the hotel is historic and important but the streets very close by were dirty. It could be like any big city. I’m not sure. The proximity to fun areas of the city was excellent. We walked across the street to catch a tour bus to the cliffs of Moher and there were tour buses going to the Giants Causeway and...

"Convenient location, clean, comfortable, well-maintained hotel with a classic vibe. Room was small but adequate for a short visit. Great breakfast. Helpful staff. Walkable to all the downtown Dublin sites and scenes. Only negatives: WiFi in our room was erratic, and there was some rumble from the buses or trams - but these were minor issues for us.
