"Parking valet was terrible. I was waiting for 15 min to get my car, then realized they forgot about it. Start asking them but they were busy with incoming clients. Total mess. 25-30min to get a car."

"I arrived at the hotel after departing a cruise to drop off mg luggage around 9:30 am. Amazing, a young woman, helped me. She said I could check in between 2:30 or 3:00. I returned about 2:00 as I was extremely exhausted and needed to check in. I am 77 years old and it was very hot in Nice. She brushed me off. At 2:30 pm I tried again and she would not give me a room. I paid a premium price. Meanwhile, a man came in, was given his stored luggage, and she checked him in with every courtesy....

"An oasis in Nice! Good size and well appointed rooms. Great location close to the beach and old town. Easy to get to from the airport. All in all, it was an excellent stay and we would have liked to have stayed longer."

"We came across this hotel by chance and were pleasantly surprised. The staff at the hotel were extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and any requests we made were attended to immediately. The air conditioning was working full time to ensure a cool room for us. This isn’t always the case in Europe so we were very happy with our choice. "The room was clean but very small, so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage. The bathroom could use better maintenance, as there was visible mold in the shower grout. One important thing to know is that there is no elevator. I was only informed a few days before my trip, and I think this should be clearly disclosed on the Expedia listing. I didn’t have much interaction with the staff, so I can’t really comment on the service. Overall, it’s a good choice for the location...

"The hotel is nice and modern. Love the separated bathroom and shower area. Only one bath towel hook and hotel doesn’t seem to bother to fix. Found someone hair wax left there upon our arrival and no toilet roll left for us upon arrival"
