"Overpriced and hectic. The location was great but the hotel is extremely dated. The pool area we were only allow to use for 1 hour the day we checked in and the beach club was absolutely packed full of kids, it was like Ibiza. Save your money and don’t stay here"

Only negative was, we felt, on our first couple of days at breakfast there seemed to be a shortage of staff, disorganisation, having to ask for things e.g. cups, teaspoons etc, also most empty tables still had dirty dishes on from previous guests, and we had to wait for one to be cleared on more than one occasion. "we had a great experience at West End Nice hotel, at first room was not convenient to stay for 10 nights but next morning staff at front desk change that and were able to have a much bigger room and shower which made our stay wonderful, breakfast was great and fresh and a great start for the day , hotel was right on the water, very close to everything , 15 minutes to train station and tons of restaurants around, we had a great time."

There is no real bathroom….You walk in and there is a random sink and shower in your sleeping area. There is no room to even place a bar of soap.
