"Localização da pousada é excelente para quem quer curtir os parques de aventura em Socorro. A pousada possível espaço agradável e com muito verde mas as instalações são antigas e precisam de melhoria. O banheiro do chalé não possui box, divisória ou cortina. Assim o banho molha boa parte do piso. As paredes apresentam pintura solta próximo aos rodapés, indicando umidade. Os colchões não são confortáveis e o da cama de solteiro era extremamente mole e deformado. "

"O quarto do hotel é excelente. A limpeza perfeita. O problema é que o hotel tem muita regra desnecessária como a sacada é a janela é travada. Não abre. E você não tem acesso ao seu carro no estacionamento. Se vc esquecer qualquer coisa ou guardar alguma coisa no carro você tem que pedir para o manobrista trazer o carro para a porta do hotel. Para assim você ter acesso ao seu veículo. Muita burocracia!"

"Overcharging! Unexpected high Fees charged for early check in - 1 hour earlier than regular check in time, zero flexibility changing lunch time for the check out date by check in date so you’re obligated to pay. Overcharge for any other food/snack/drink (even a simple coffee). Room has leak in the toilet which was fixed but the smell of glue was there with us for the whole period. A/c unit did not work- at least it wasn’t a hot day but it could be a problem during summer. Floor was not properly cleaned for the entire property including guest room. Food is far from what you can expect when you pay high nightly charges. I have already paid much cheaper resorts with much better food.l and again, if you want good food you have to pay additional for one of their private restaurants."

"Maravilhoso em todos os aspectos! Limpeza ,funcionários educados atenciosos,quarto ótimo o chuveiro gente que maravilha.. Localização perfeita ..Café da manhã nota 1.000...jantar tudo perfeito o lugar abraça a gente.. Recomendo e vou voltar outras vezes. Muito obrigada por ser tão bem acolhida em um hotel ,o que não é normal hoje em dia."

"The service is very good. People are ready to help anytime. But the building is falling a part. And the towels... you can get call it rags. Food is great, security is also great. I hope they can bring back up on the high end. Ive been there one year ago and what a difference! "

"The rooms are small and minimalist, like most New York hotels. If you're coming to enjoy the city as a pilgrim, this hotel is like a bed and breakfast. If you're looking for a Hotel experience with pool, spa, etc this is not the proposal. The one thing I didn't like is that the mattress is a bit too hard to my taste. I will stay here again when needed, for sure. Everyone that served us was happy and went out of their way to do anything we asked. "
