Unico incômodo mesmo é o vão em cima da porta que faz a gente escutar todo o movimento fora ( que sempre começa muito cedo) e o fato do estacionamento ser aberto. No mais, estadia tranquila, calma e com otimo atendimento. "

BUT somehow they messed up our reservation, not sure if that was hotels.com or the hotel itself and they gave us the wrong room. I had booked a suite and they said we booked a single apartment. So we had to pay extra to get the room that we originally booked and that was very disappointing!"

Or we had the option to go to the room of the first floor, but we had paid for the upper level room. But we would not be able to use the pool or have anywhere to put our things.
