"I chose this hotel because it's the closest to the beach, within walking distance of all the shops and bars and restaurants. The room was very clean and the semi-outdoor bathroom was incredible. "Our room had a leaking broken sink and water flooded the floors as soon as we checked in and used the bathroom sink. The water was draining through to the floors and created an unsanitary mess. Then the hotel has no free breakfast. The staff is very warm and nice but the management needs to fix the rooms. The pillows are not the best either. Please purchase some nice fluffy ones. Bad hotel that's not value for the money paid in the Uluwatu area . Great customer service."
