"The room had a very strong bleach (Clorox) smell that didn’t go away even with windows open and AC on. It irritated our throats and made us feel sick. We reported it to the front desk, but they refused to cancel our 4-night stay. We had to find another hotel that night. Expedia only refunded 2 nights, even though we didn’t stay at all. A full refund would have been fair "
